It was (and is) a serious compliment. IMHO, you've really improved if I go by those two shots. Very concentrated and purposeful compositions with just the right amount of post processing. The winky-smiley is just how I end sentences - no sarcasm intended.
Well, then I guess I fully appreciate your kind words and will take them to heart. It's always nice to know that my growth is going in the right direction.

Was stuck at the local Walmart for two hours while they were changing out my tires so I wandered over to the garden center and decided to get re-acquainted with the 01 prime.
At Walmart? Life gives you lemons, you make lemonade!

You get a 'like', not just for some amazing photos, but for venturing into a Wal-Mart. I've got to get the 01.
Awesome shots LeRolls! The first one is absolutely awesome. I love the fisheye of the truck as well.

Thanks! Walmart is literally 3 minutes from my house so it's mostly a matter of convenience over preference and yes everyone needs the 01 in their bag IMO.

Appreciate the kind words! Yeah, I don't usually shoot flowers since I feel that they've been done to death but you gotta go with what you got and I was fairly happy with the results.

Here's another shot done with the 03 in the Walmart parking lot. I always have fun with the fish eye.
great shot...begiining to wonder if i should get an o3...i like how they look!!!

Thanks! I thought the water droplets added a certain something. For certain types of shots fish eyes are loads of fun.

Much appreciated! The 03 was the first thing I ordered after getting the Q and I have never regretted that decision.

I like that last shot although if it was me I'd crop in a tad more from the bottom and the right side. Nice processing for sure.

Been bringing my Q and Sonnetar with me on all my excursions since I've been shooting a ton of film for school. Here's two shots... A portrait and one from the Lindsey Stirling concert...

Here are a few recent pix that I like. Pretty pleased with the first two shots, low light handheld, manual focus, ISO 1600.
