I've been frustrated with my focusing skills with the Q and a group of m42 Takumars, so much so that I'd parked the Q for awhile (time out). Today I took the Q on the am hike with the 02 attached. As we pulled in the driveway, a pristine Swallowtail was circling the butterfly bush. Got these two before it sailed over the house plus a view of the heat and humidity hiking.

been using my Q a lot since the birth of my son. Never know when you need a camera, and the Q can go everywhere. However, my wife wants to limit his internet exposure for now... so I give you this instead! Forgot how good a street camera this little guy is.

In the Ann Arbor area this afternoon, got a few shots this morning and I'm excited to try and get more this afternoon.

Shot on the Q and then edited using Snapseed

If you don't mind my asking, what lens did you use for that shot?

Only got one more somewhat worthwhile shot tonight, and it was rushed on the way out of a restaurant. Was a little disappointed that I didn't get to take more but oh well, there's always more stuff to take photos of.

Roxy the lab, she's not fond of staying put for photos normally. Something caught her attention here but I've no idea what!

Welcome to our forum, it's nice to see more Q's in Michigan, it's even nice to see a Pentax of any kind. Enjoy your Q they are a ball to use.

Weekend in Stockholm (+ Uppsala)!

Q + 01 prime in low light @ ISO 640. I like the grittiness the noise brings, which works better in B/W but I liked the brownish tints too much to remove them :-)

Boring Sunday afternoon here so thought I'd mess about with my Q and an f 35-70, I used a Kiwi fotos K-Q adapter. 70mm Macro mode, I think this was at 5.6, can't remember. Few tweeks in LR also.

Beginning to learn how to use Q on holiday. Wish I was still there.
