Another from my wife, with her Q. So you don't call child protective services, she shot this wide, while right next to him, and with her father there to catch him. He's our daredevil, always climbing things.

Fine photos Kenn, even before one adds 'with the diminutive Q'!

Thank you very much Sir (jva59). It was fun shooting with a Q when the rest of the photographers were carrying a Full Size DSLR. =) Funny thing is, when it was my turn; they all began to wonder that i will be using a small camera. =)

We have a grandson like that, he has broken his arm twice now but still keeps at it.

The models look relaxed, and that can take work on the part of the photographer. It makes these pleasant to look at. I must add that strained, contorted and artificial poses are rather jarring to me. So, nicely done!

Pinholecam, your images definetly prove the Q is the ultimate street shooter. Good show.

Kenn100. superb portraits. Would love, to have been present, to see the other photogs reaction to your use of the Q. Bet it was priceless.

Keep up the good work everyone. The Q is fun and is gaining momentum.
thanks

I would love one of those too but not at £429 (about $690)...

Q10 Macro

Just bought a Q10 for fun.....added a 100mm lens for pretty amazing macro opportunities. The penny is 18"+ away
Picture taken with my K10D but in the low light images these days...I get these streaks all over. Any thoughts?

Looks like the sensor may be giving up the ghost. I didn't have my K10D long enough to do much low light, but I don't suspect that is normal?

Good to see you are having fun with the Q. The popup flash is positioned well away from the lens to provide good light for macros if you want to try it, but with a non OEM adapter you will only get shutter speeds of 1/13 so keep that in mind.
