I just got the fotodiox converter in todays mail from B&H. Not a full moon, but still a pretty shot if you ask me.

Impressive detail! Is that stacked or one image? TFS!

A thoroughly dreary day here, but one of the Q's many charms is the opportunity for a little photo-distraction on a day like today.

Nice pics everyone. Here's one from this morning as I was walking into the local terminal building, using the 01 lens. Not bad for such low light conditions.

I did a test on sharpness today:

Even if this is quite good in my book, it did not hold up against my Dslr result. I guess it just confirms the reasonable expectation, the Q is very good, but you can do better with a lot bigger material.
Did not try to find the sweet spot on the Pentax-02 yet, that might change the view.

02 is sharpest in the center at f2.8 at the wide end (5mm). For more even sharpness across the frame f4. See this page for detailed test data: Pentax-02 Standard Zoom 5-15mm f/2.8-4.5 (Pentax Q) - Review / Lens Test - Analysis

why i'm not selling my Q for a dslr.

Shot with my Q + Nikkor 28mm 1:2.8

Quality is lost with upload. The lossless photo is very clear.
