That is very nice, mepaca. Which part of our lovely state did you visit?
It was at Pipestem State Park near Hinton. You do indeed have a lovely state. It was our second vacation there this year. The first one was near Elkins.

Pipestem is an excellent area to visit. I love it down there. I haven't spent a lot of time around Elkins, but it's nice there, too.

Evening walk

I like to take a walk in the evenings and here's a little abstract I saw as I was walking. Q7 + 06 lens.

You can't walk too far without seeing at least one of these

And finally on my way home, I looked up and saw this.

Threw my Q into my bag, just in case, and was glad I had it when I had time late in the afternoon to explore my new neighborhood.

Time Lapse experiment with the Q7

I had to experiment with the Q7 time lapse feature today. I was hoping I'd see a hummingbird but no such luck.
Here's my first try at a Q7 time-lapse and only my 2nd time lapse attempt ever. I have a lot to learn.

A few from Bushkill Falls, PA

We did a family trip to Bushkill Falls in Pennsylvania. I didn't want to lug alot of gear so the Q7 (with the 01, 06, and 08 mounted) was the obvious choice along with a gorilla pod.

Mounting the gorilla pod on the fence posts in the park was more of a challenge than I expected. Mostly because other people were banging into the fence or walking heavily on the decking which caused some shaking. But overall, the Q7 was ideal for the purpose. It was still pretty bright out so I used the built in ND filter combined with an ND4 filter for the waterfall shots.
