QS-1 with the 02 lens. I finally started using that dial on the front for something, aspect ratio changes.

A casual shot of a friend on the sunset. In post i applyed a graduated filter to make the sky comeback a little and pushed the shadows. The DR on the Q is really good for me.

Here are a couple of my macro-ish shots. The flower is smaller than the tip of my pinky, and the mayfly(??) is maybe half inch long.

Used a fixed focus C-mount lens with a spacer (or two). Focus is achieved by moving the camera back and forth, it's kind of fun but I wish a true Q-mount macro lens were available.

This is a bit racy so I am only posting a link here.

Another less racy shot. Q7, ISO 1600, 1/30 second hand held with 02 lens set to f4.5 at 15mm. ISO 1600 is a bit much for this sensor.

I like 'em, JMF -- intriguing shots -- interesting light. There's a story hidden in there too.

A l'il C&C on the 1st shot? I'd consider a bit of 'dodging' at top center. Those extra strong leading lines take the eye immediately to . . . a 'black empty spot'? I need to see the suggestion of some detail there as an interesting rest stop in the journey.

This is my first post on the forums. Ive been shooting the pentax system for a few years and love to shoot the streets.

Ive been shooting street and stranger portraits with the Q and enjoy its resolution and sharpness when the subject is up close

take a look and tell me what you think

always with the 01 lens

Cheers
