Pentax Q-10 + Std Zoom

I was looking through some old files when i came upon a Q directory with some strange fl info in the exifs. I assume I was using the Pentax Q Pk-Q adapter and that the lens was the DA 40. However the exif data for the half dozen or so photos of the quail showed fls of from 41.3 to 45mm. Does anyone have any idea what is going on since i would have entered the exact fl when I turned the camera on. I also was pleasantly surprised at how well the old Q had captured these birds.

I went onto my back porch and heard a RATTLE noise and saw something MOVE near my feet, and nearly jumped out of my skin. It turned out to be this big, beautiful, Texas Rat Snake. When startled they shake their tail, and if there are dead leaves present (as they were on my porch) it makes a rattlesnake-like noise. The rat snake is actually a non-venomous constrictor that eats lots of rats and mice.

I'd seen large snake skins that had been shed around my house and garage, but I never saw the snake that left them until now. I think he was flushed out of his usual den by some recent construction work.

I think I shall call him. . . Danger Noodle!
