Hi Eloy, I like your flower shot.

Nice capture of family fun!

Toy lens series seem quite decent overall, I have 03 fisheye and love it.
Very thankful,

I am in NJ but i am writing a motorcycle story for RoadRUNNER Magazine about the total eclispe. So, whether permitting, I'll ride out to ID or WY as part of the story.

NJ to ID or WY and back, that's a big trip!
BTW people from all over the world will come to an observatory I work at in WA before heading to OR/ID or after being done with eclipse. If you're interested and can ride some more, I can give you a tour on Tue (the day after the eclipse day). I'll send you a PM.

06 lens and Q7 in LA Zoo

I've been with some problem with this lens and 01 lens for some time but when it works it's good.

Totally pointless wide angle pictures

Thank you Carl!

Here are two pictures I took with 08 lens on my Q7. Rumor has it that super wide lens on a small sensor is pointless. As such, sadly these are totally pointless pictures regardless of the fact that these are better than what my reasonably good cellphone (HTC 10) camera could have captured.

But, but, somehow, I was glad that I had my camera with me when I saw these landscapes, even though I'm not supposed to have felt any joy...

No wonder people call me crazy and all kinds of stuff!

Took the Q7 and K1 with me on a Phuket to Krabi (and back) cycling trip.
Ended up using the Q7 most of the time.

Weather for photo taking could be better, but one works within his means.

The 08 has really proven to be worth the purchase.
A pocket UWA and walkabout lens.

Superb images! Oh, wait...ultrawide on a tiny sensor? Blech. You have angered the photo overseers. Only hope is to send me that awful optical abomination. I will then bolt it to a Q7 and lock it away for safe keeping😊.

Thanks for sharing,

Oh no, photo overseers, haha! Sounds like a sour bunch is coming after me, I'll be more careful, thanks for making my day! But no thanks, I won't surrender my awful optical abomination .

Q7 and 06 zoom at work in a dark place. ISO800, 1 sec, 21.7mm F/2.8.

Porcupine eats rose leaevs? by k kwb, on Flickr

This is 1 sec exposure photo of an animal, not the best IQ or anything, but I loved that I got it. It was getting dark, and this guy was munching rose leaves or maybe stalks. As soon as it knew I was approaching, it stopped and looked at me.

Very interesting. I never got around to using my copy after the first tries, it is buried somewhere deep in my main archival photo drawer.
