Basketmaker Cyst

The Basketmaker people who preceeded the Anasazi (they are all Ancestral Puebloans) stored food and buried their dead in these cysts. Usually in rock shelters but this is in the open area of Butler Wash.

Turkey Feather Blanket

They seem not to have eaten turkey much but raised them for the feathers. This is a finely woven blanket of turkey feathers. ca 1200.

A couple of Q7+08+sunset. First one is a stitched panorama. PP for exposure, highlight, sharpness and NR.

Sunset on Flickr.

Second one is a bunny on a rock carefully watching me taking sunset pictures. f/4 at 5.9mm, with ISO200, 1/8 sec handheld. I love SR, I don't think I can survive without it.

Wanted to go for a high key monochrome style photo of these Calla Lilys, didn't use monochrome mode however as it would have been a bit too dark for this.

Q with 01 Standard Prime.

Great example why not to worry about using Q’s at high ISO
