2 things..
If its a 'dummy' adapter flash sync is 1/15, but if its night/early morning macro or the lens stopped down enough to discount ambient lighting, then only the flash will contribute to exposure and hence shutter speed and shake becomes irrelevant.
I got the Pentax Q adapter and this is even better. 2 ways to use it.
1. On camera flash to trigger off camera flash and sync is 1/1000 or 1/2000 (can't recall exactly which from my last try ); The downside is the camera flash recycle time and battery consumption. Also, manual flash and no PTTL.
2. PTTL flash like the Godox TT350 that I am using in this setup; I tried up to 1/250 which is more than enough (might be able to be higher, just yet to try); The nice thing with this is that its PTTL and I just set the ISO, shutter speed and aperture and let the flash take care of exposure.
