Just got a weird call from someone at QVC alerting me to the fact that they were just made aware that the item shipped "by our vendor" is not the item I ordered "so please mark that on the package and send it back so that you are not charged for shipping." Nothing else. No sorry, no 'this is what we're going to do', no nothing. Incredible that this company stays in business with such poor concern for the customer. I just checked with AmEx and they did charge me for the item.......

These things can happen with large websites. These home shopping places aren't exactly at the forefront of photographic knowledge:

Well of course they are sending the wrong thing, they have the wrong price as well. Its just that apparently they still haven't figured it out. Just hope they wont ask for their item back when they do.

Mine arrived Friday from QVC - it is also a VS20. The packaging is about the worst I have ever seen from any vendor. The VS20 box was inside a REALLY think brown shipping box without ANY padding or packaging inside with it, which allowed the VS20 box to slam around inside the outer box. I also got two other peoples packing slips along with mine. What a bunch of incompetents.

I am still waiting for a return label. I now have a PK-P/Q adapter, 12mm F1.3 c-mount lens , Q C-mount adapter and no Q.

Why not just print one off from the members panel at QVC? My PK-P/Q adapter arrived on Friday too.

The "return label" is just a USPS Parcel Return that is not insured and you get zero proof that you returned the item if the USPS loses this. And it says $6.95 Q Return Label fee to be deducted from refund. QVC is worse than Nigerian scam artists.

If you walk the package into the post office you can have them scan the bar code and give you a.proof of acceptance that will at least show that you tried to mail it.
