QVC is a womans ONLY company , guy's stay far away from them. They are clueless about cameras. All of my order info on QVC and email shows E257713 Pentax Q DSLR Kit but the retards sent me E257714 Optio VS20 !

That sucks. They didn't even try to do something about their mistake or were completely clueless about it. "Hey, we screwed up, let's send the cheap digicam to them instead and hope they won't return it."

Yeah, good job QVC.. They agreed to send a return box? That's good at the very least, I'd be annoyed if I had to pay for a damn return.

just an FYI, the Q on the same page is now listed for the "correct" price. However I kept the record of the price and page, so we definitely have that.

Talk about bait and switch. At least you all can return them. I bought some headphones from woot. They have a no return policy. I sold them on Ebay and lost about $30 when the smoke cleared.
