Camerasize.com needs shots of your Q lenses!

Heres the requirements.
Send us your Lens Images

I would suspect best ones to post would be the 01 Prime and 02 Zoom.

Hi there, I am the developer of camerasize.com

I am happy that there are guys out there who want to help us expend our lens database, especially Pentax. I would be glad to receive lens photos from and add them as quickly as possible. I need high quality photos without distortions or noise. Preferably lens photos where the bottom part is straight so it can match the mount better when attached to the camera.

You can submit photos via the above link or by sending your photos to admin [at] camerasize.com.

Thank so much for your help.

I love that website! I'd be happy to take pictures of my 01 Prime, 02 zoom, and 03 Fisheye lenses. I enjoy doing product photography, so this is a fun challenge for me. I'm thinking shot with a long telephoto for the flat look you want. And diffuse, on-axis or crosslit lighting to match the look of the other lenses. :-)

I probably have other lenses I could add too. I didn't realize the site took user submissions.

I just uploaded shots of my 01 Prime, 02 Standard Zoom, and 03 Fisheye. Hopefully they're what you're looking for.

Cool! They have only just added the lens module which is great for comparisons and seeing what a new lens will look like on your camera- I was initially on their judging the size of the Q with the 01 prime vs the Sony RX100.

Done!

Just finished adding the three lenses to the lenses database, you can check it out here: Compact Camera Meter

Again, thanks so much for your help and support. Waiting for more Pentax lenses. I will add them ASAP.

Best Regards,

Glad I could be of help! I'll bet if you post something in the general SLR discussion forum, you'll get a lot of submissions of lenses you may be missing.
