Turn it on via the menu for camera, page 1, Focus Settings

Move the focus ring on the lens and look for the bright highlights to appear on the edge of the item you want to focus on.

Found something else...TAV mode has been added!

Just change ISO to auto while in manual mode, and there you have it!

Thanks! Just tried it with an Auto 110, 50mm, works great.
Hope there is enough daylight left when I get home to try it with my PK lenses.

Pretty cool... use the "+/-" button to toggle between Av and Tv as the auto-iso adjusts... very clever!

Cheers... M

that, is just sooooo great

by the way, i never noticed that the q can work like "quickshift" when used with 01 lens (i dont have 02 to test but i guess its the same)
if u got the "x2/4 when manual focusing" activated, you makes the focus on AF, hold shutter half run, then just rotate the manual focus ring on lens,
make focus precisely through "focus peaking + x4 view", and anywhere you want it to focus on it will keep your focus choice, and focus is perfect.

maybe i'm kinda late with that,

anyway, focus peaking gives it a real boost!

Just installed it and the focus peaking is awesome with me M50mm and Tak 135mm... can't wait to try it with my Sigma 600mm mirror!

And I don't know if it's my imagination or real, but autofocus seems a tad quicker and more accurate... (in low contrast scenes I used to get a lot of "red square", now not so much).

Thanks.

Firmware v1.01 (only released a week or so ago) certainly improved the AF speed.
I'm not sure v1.10 has improved it further....
