Yes, a Nikon 500mm F4P. A *wonderful* lens.

I have a Wimberly Sidekick but the Q does not weigh enough to balance it out properly, I have to keep some tension on it.

Impressive. But does that finder clear the hood?

The dot is basically right on the edge of the hood so it still is very useful in aiming the lens.
