F 0.75 Lecia lens on your Q?

Has anyone tried strapping one of these types of lenses onto their Q yet?

Can it be done?

I always avoid lenses described as being flavored. Besides, it's an X-Ray lens, how would you even mount it? And keep in mind it can't be focused.

Flavored, by radiation! A lot of photographers enjoy taking unusual lenses and making a mount for them. While the results are interesting, they are rarely.. stellar.
Also, whether a lens can be used at all would depend on the mount size, image circle size, and flange distance.

Someone created a mount for a Kowa 65mm f 0.75 for a Nikon.

Here is the Leica mounted on a Maxxum 7D.

The kind of results you can expect...

DoF would be wider on a Q though.

My Q is pretty happy, and pretty soft-focusy (see below), with the (TV) Pentax 6mm f/1.2 for $24. No need for a $1700 damaged x-ray lens:

FleaBay. It had a dent in the filter ring, but otherwise NIB.

I do like the slightly wider angle and speed over the Prime 01, but when comparing the two, the made-for-Q 8.5mm kicks it all over the place in terms of image quality. Next up, I'll try a Computar "megapixel" lens for 2/3" CCTV systems, but I'm not overly confident.

Stopped down the 6mm gets a bit sharper compared to wide open. On yours does focus shift when you stop it down?

I also have a fixed focus Tamron 6.5mm which is decent. (And Pentax 4.8mm... and a Computar 3.6mm on the way....)
