Voigtlaender SLII 90/3.5 with Pentax adapter

A first walkaround with this lens and the new adapter, just hand-held:

Nick I added the lens to the matrix but I am not sure of the mount. I assumed it was K mount. Let me know what mount if is and I will change the chart if required to "Other Mount" I read up on the lens and it should be great on any camera. Your shots look nice and sharp on the Q

I just assumed this lens was K mount but with my luck it's a M42 let me know and I will change the chart from K mount. The closeup looks darn sharp, focus looks a little off on the black bird. Looks like a great lens

No, it's K-mount, a direct fit to the Pentax adapter.

There's some fringing on the sharp contrasts by the bird's back,
about 2 - 3 px wide, which I didn't correct.
(Like Lowell said, black birds against the sky are a difficult subject!)
The maw (?) on the beak is about 1 - 2 px wide, no sharpening applied.

02 zoom with Kenko Digital Tele 2.0x sgt-20

This combination seems to work fine if you want something a little longer but aren't ready to invest in the 06 zoom. It is 37mm thread so you will need at 40.5 to 37mm step ring but I don't see it in the frame because 3.5 mm is not that much.

Canon FD 200mm 1:4

Pentax Q + Q to K converter + K to FD converter + canon FD 200 1:4
the K to FD converter has a glass element in it so I think that the result directly with a Q to FD converter will be better than this one.
I order the Q to FD converter and will post newer photos when the converter arrives.

The first photo shot at f=4
The second shot at f= 6.8 (I think) it is one click between 5.6 and 8

pp in LR 4.4
exposure increased 1/3
CONTRAST +10
Blacks -7
Sharpening 50

pictures of the system shot by galaxy note.

kindly add to lenses data base at the top

Tamron Adaptall-2 AF F4 70-210

Here is a 80's lens that AF on Q because of self contained AF mechanism, takes awhile to get results, but my new project. This is with the lens wide open at F4 which is needed to get the AF to focus well, can't stop down later.

Hi Amy, I haven't tried it as I no longer have a k mount Fisheye or the DA15.

I updated the chart just in case you may have had a problem, I didn't see the Tamron in the K mount area but now see it in Other, oh well no harm done, everything worked.
