Yep all answered. Impressive results. Is the yashica always distinctly warmer than the other lens?
I'm not entirely sure. I'll do some more testing, especially since I got the Lytar and the Kern-Paillard to do portraits (I already had the Yashinon from when my wife bought me an 8mm movie camera from an antiquing outing).

The weird thing is that I'm pretty sure I had the Q7 white balance set for "daylight" instead of "AWB" thinking that the white balance would be fixed at a specific K. But when I imported the RAW file in Lightroom, the Yashinon images were set at almost 5000K and the images from the other lenses were set at around 4000K. I'm probably not fully understanding what the camera does when setting white balance.

I have a color target so when I get around to testing, then I should have some answers.

It's worth exploring any 1" single element.

CCTV Fujian 25 F/1.4

Hi

Some samples from a CCTV Fujian 25 F1.4 lens paid 20USD on Ebay with the adapter ;-) Just received it today - here are the first test

Lens is OK for the price; you will find many positive feed-backs on the web. PF is visible wide open but lens sharpness is fine @1.4.

PF disappears and sharpness increases quickly when close a little - let say by F2.0 . I've not noticed any corner darkness , so if you look for "lomo" shot you will need to add this as a filter

All shots taken wide open ( photo full size on my flickr)

1) Dof test

2- Cat 800iso

3) Bokeh Test

Pentax Takumar (Bayonet) 135mm f2.5

The following images were shot with my Pentax Q7 the 135 seems very sharp at f5.6 and not bad wide open, all images were cropped for framing and the RAW images were processed in LR5

I recently purchased an old (1980’s) vintage 135mm lens to adapt to my Pentax Q7 camera with a crop factor of 4.7 and wide open an aperture of f2.5 can come in handy. So the 135 has the effective focal length of 635mm when mounted to the Q7. The following images were shot hand held.

Larry if you don't get to it I will also try for an update this weekend

Hans

While that may well be true, I assume you're talking about the lens in your post title. And that's an 80's lens.
