03 fisheye as a macro?

Just for fun, I was shooting closeups of my recently bloomed amaryllis with all 4 of my q lenses (01, 02, 03, and 06). The 01 bested the 2 zooms but I was
really surprised and pleased by the 03 fisheye. Here is an example.

Hey that is very cool. How close was the lens to the flower?

The lens was about 1-2 cm away. The aperture is fixed at 5.6, the iso was at 125 and the shutter speed was 1/2000. The fast shutter speed with the built in flash
is pretty amazing. Here is the original before the crop.

Oops, I gave some bad info. The maximum shutter speed with the fisheye is 1/13 second. The rest of my lenses would shoot at up to 1/2000.

That's impressive! and great use of the fisheye. Thought i'd try it on a couple of items... cardamon seeds and sugar crystals. 1/30th sec handheld. This lens shows real promise for stationary macro subjects.
