Ten times what the Holga equivalent costs.

Here's a photo of the lens mounted on the Q10. I have a feeling that this may qualify as one of the worst interchangeable lenses in history

Thanks for the photo. Any info on the actual lens(es) used in the cap? Plastic or glass?

It is - 10 times 0 is still 0, though
I mean, its a body cap lens, I really doubt we can expect high quality. Pinhole lenses tend to produce a dark image where everything is "in focus", but everything is kind of fuzzy. But you are right, I guess, we should wait until we see samples of what it produces

I think this is exactly what the Q needs.

A ridiculously cover that protects the sensor when your 01 is not on there and that is capable of taking photos as well. I like to keep my Q in my jacket but it can be blocky with the 01 Prime Lens on there. With this I can have it in my jacket and if I need to take a photo very quickly then I have that option. It may not be good quality but it is better than missing that moment whatever it may be.

Perfect accessory for a very compact camera. The question to me is not quality (okay maybe a little) but how much will it cost!

Actually, the Olympus body cap lens performs pretty well. It costs $50. Some other 3rd party body cap lenses are in the $30 range. So I would expect this to sell in the $30-$50 range. If it's close to the Olympus body cap lens in quality, it'll be worth it.

It's a great idea for candid photography and for experimentation. But how come it took so long to get to market? To wait that long for a bit of plastic with a hole in doesn't bode well for the wide angle prime any time soon.

Good to know, thanks. I hope its descent and runs $30 and I'm there too.

Combined with the creative filters of the Q it's a perfect lomography setup IMO =)

I'd never have guessed -- the IQ is surprisingly good. This could be fun.
