I caved and bought it.

I already have the Q+01. i will sell the body and keep the zoom lens.

That was my plan when I bought the deal at $250.
Still have the body, waiting until these things clear out some on eBay.

Have you thought about having one for long lens work, one for carrying around, and another two for stereographic photography?

How about mounting one in front of each eye, to see the world in a more Q way? (Needed material: Two Qs, two lenses, two LCD hoods, some kind of helmet, duct tape. For extra fun, use one long lens and one short.)

This is of course in addition to any you'd use for photography.

(Disclaimer: I have considered this, but I'm not quite stupid enough to actually do it.)

Good plan - ebay is just flooded with Q's right now since the Groupon and other deals. I thought about buying a couple to split up and sell, but just too many on ebay - plus this newegg deal will bring more since a lot of newegg type customers do this resale thing all the time. That's why there is a limit of 5 at newegg.

Fortunately I was a trend setter

in breaking up Q kits and got a descent price for the 2nd Q body. It's amazing watching the price fluctuations of the Q, Q 02, and K-01 lately.
