Firmware update v1.01 for Q10

I just got my Q10 today and installed the new update. I am however, curious as to one thing if you could help. I notice that there is a firmware update for the Q lens "Firmware Update (For PENTAX Q Lens)" one for the 01 Standard Prime, and one for the 02 Standard Zoom. To my understanding the Q and the Q10 lenses are the same. Since I have the Q10, would I need to update the firmware for those lenses as well?

The answer is yes. Q lenses benefit from firmware updates too (they feature an EEPROM like the bodies), irrespective of the body they are mounted on.
