Amy I can't decide whether the Q or the action is more astonishing. Really nice capture! That's a lot of lumber rushing by to avoid. I assume there is a boulder upstream of the action diverting the trees? Though I don't see that in the wave stream.

35 years ago I kayaked the James, though not there. Much more sedate, too - not in flood.

That detail at 1080p is quite fantastic.

Nice job Amy looks like fun but I'm getting a little to old for that stuff, I'd be with you filming. I haven't shot video with my Q but looking at yours I will have to start.

The quality looks very professional, and the action.. whoa! The kind of kayaking I did was much tamer than that

thanks guys...the river periodically comes up from the rain and although I kayak whitewater this is a little too much for me

paul no boulder...these guys just to have to keep on the lookout...did you the the big tree that went behind 1 of the guys...humongous..by the way it's time to get back on the james

most is 2x but the ones that look slow are in real time
