Help, adapters stucked

I received today the fotodiox k to q adapter.
And was playing with my canon FD lens on it so here are the steps of my assembly:
here I have the q body aside,
I attached the FD lens to the fotodiox pro fd-pk adapter, then attached both to the fotodiox k-q and attached all the system to the q body.
It seems everything went well, I took few shots then tried to dismount the system.
Removed the k-q + fd-pk + lens from the q body OK
Try to remove k-q from FD-pk + Lens stuck
Remove the pk lens from fd-pk/k-q OK
Try to remove k-q from fd-pk. Stuck

On the q-k the ring is set to open, on the fd-pk the ring is set to install.
Help please

Am I missing a step?
Should I force it to open?

N.B:
The lever on the k-q is not moving either.

Problem solved.

If anyone else faces this problem,
try to move the lever release hand to the base of the k-q adapter, it might seem stuck at first, this is because it is new, after few moves it will adjust on its own, then every mechanical piece will fit into its place and will operate smoothly after awhile.

You would probably get better results with a FD to Q adapter...no corrective element.
