Using K mount Lenses on a Q10

I understand that the Q10 has a crop factor of 5.6. So if I were to buy a Q10, buy the K mount adaptor, and fit my 300m prime, I'd have a lens with a focal length of 1680mm !. How would the quality of the picture compare with digiscoping ?

You can get good images from adapting lenses to the Q/Q10.
There are lots of variables, the most important being the quality of the lens you are adapting.
I have not directly compared digiscoping with other cameras but I did previously try putting my K-5 on the end of a PF80ED scope via the CA35 adapter and was not impressed with the output.
I am much more satisfied with the results I get from my DA*300 on the Q.
