...that's the repeated adage, however, I think it more goes to show that with good lighting, makeup, and post processing, sensor size is less of an issue.

According to, the Q does quite well against the Olympus, especially considering that its sensor is much smaller than that of the Olympus.

I have several DSLR's including a new K30, a 1/1.7 enthusiast compact and 2 Q's I carry the compact on my belt for that chance shot but my Q gets more images shot than the rest, sensor can't be that bad, go figure.
