My goodness it's small

Just got my Q with 01. Quite an impressive little piece of work. I usually shoot with long lenses, but often found that I wanted something wide and available in my pocket. If I end up using it I'll probably get a Q7 for a bit better iq, and AF in movie mode.

I know what you mean about it being small. I feel a certain amount of freedom using something so small and light. How do you like it?

Welcome, It's surprising how quickly you get used to the small size of the Q, but my K30 is looking large now

The size is surprising, as well as how solid it feels. Not a toy at all.

Sorry, can't resist offering this response: "that's what she said."

Also, in response to the original title of this thread ("My goodness it's small"):

again: "that's what she said."

Yes, I am very juvenile.

Welcome to the Q derekkite. The Q is small and great to carry all the time. Don't forget the firmware updates for Q AND the premium lenses. They make a world of difference. Post some pics when you get the chance.
thanks

I was goofing off with my K10D with Grip and A35/105 Sunday.

What a beast!

Funny thing is that I was an early adopter of the Q and even after all this time, the honeymoon is not over...

And since this thread NEEDS a pic or two, here are a few I took the day I received my Q:
