Q jittery video - any post processing suggestions?

On the spur of the moment, I used my Q with 01 lens to shoot a video, handheld, indoors but with pretty good lighting. It appears quite jittery; perhaps due to me shaking and the SR system trying to compensate. Is there a post-processing tool that can be used to stabilize the video? I'm using a 2011 MacBook Pro with Mountain Lion.

I would post a sample, but I'm not sure which tool to use to make a few second clip either. Unfortunately, I haven't played with video much since running iMovie on iMac G3s with DV footage from a Canon Elura around 2001.

Thanks in advance for any pointers.

Did you have the SR set to on in movie mode

Woz!!!

Final Cut Pro X (and others apps, I presume, including YouTube) have software-based image stabilization algorithms, but it works by first zooming in (maybe 105%) so that it has room to shift the image based on camera movement. Your video unfortunately has the subject (Woz!) on the edge of the frame, so he'll likely get cropped a bit in the process.
