Who makes the 1/1.7 sensor in the Q7?

Is it Sony? Does this one manufacturer make the same 1/1.7 sensor we see in other cameras?

No idea who makes it, but it's pretty much the same sensor that's in the Olympus XZ-2 and the Pentax MX-1. Not really anything too special about it.
