Pentax Q meets Scalextric

After spending ten years in the basement I hooked up my Scalextric tracks from the mid 90's and of course I wanted to make something with my cameras A couple of shots while my friends where driving, and then I made a small "on board" video with the original Q and the 5-15. The new wide-angle would have been even better I think

What a neat video, and unique use of the Q. Supersonic video! Love the action.
thanks
barondla

The Q is a serious camera and fun.

That's really cool! Love the music in the background too!

Thank you ! You had fun during your Christmas holidays :-)

I think the Q could have nice applications on flying drones too, although it is not as robust as a sport camera (type GoPro Hero).
The Hero is trying to get exchangeable lenses but loses weather protection with the Ribcage: Ribcage : ajoutez des objectifs

As Barondla says, the Q is a cute, cheap and efficient solution.

The Q certainly does a lot of things very well and at an affordable price. Time lapse, experimentation with cine lenses, and now car tracks.. and the build quality is so nice

My internet stopped buffering (stupid worthless university student network) so I didn't make to the end, but now I see it.
