Q has a metal body, Q10/Q7 do not.
Q7 has the 1/1.7 sensor, Q/Q10 have smaller 1/2.5.
All Q-series bodies have electronic shutters, but 01 02 06 & maybe others have internal lens shutters as well. My 02 has a metal mount.

Guess I need to do some research too, as you've reached the end of my internal database - but hope this helps you a bit. No doubt more answers will arrive here soon!

The Q and Q10 are basically the same camera as far as internals and performance.

The Q is built of metal and is preferable over the Q10 which is plastic.
The only reason to choose Q10 is if you want a color other than black or white which were the only color options for Q.

The Q7 is an entirely different camera in performance and IQ, due to different internals and sensor.
The Q7 is plastic and can be bought in many color combos.
If you value IQ over build then get the Q7.

The lenses are the same whether you buy in a kit or individually. On the Q7 they will have a slightly wider field of view due to the larger sensor.
