3000 4000 picture in time lapse mode

hi everyone im new user of the forum of the pentax Q
what i discover is i can take a lot more pictures with all processing option off
here my setting
iso :125
shutter :50

will all option on i get 30 frames per 1 minute and with all option off i get 61 frames per minute
that's with one battery sorry for the double post
sorry for my bad english its not my first language
i tough the battery only last for 300 pictures please test this settings

i dont know if the leaf shutter as to play with the number of pictures you can take
the Q is two time faster with all options off

Welcome to the Q and the forum Mavro. The Q is a very capable camera. The time lapse mode allows some very unique images. You are correct about the processing. Less processing allows faster shooting and the battery lasts longer.

Mavro, do you shoot lots of time lapse and adapted lenses? Would love to see some of your pictures.

quick test

this is two time lapse put in one clip first one is thru the window
it's too cold here to make real test!
shoot with 28 mm + nikon adapter
nothing crazy this is just to test time lapse
too bad youtube killed my video with is compression
tomorrow i will receive my 04 toy lens hope its a sharp lens
