I have grown to like the Tone Expansion available as a Smart Effect on the Q series Pentax camera's. Does anybody know how this is achieved? What combination of filters and Image Finishing Tones or whatever. I would like to use a similar setting on my K-5 for certain circumstances but have not yet been able to recreate this effect on my DSLR's.
