Going with the Optio leather unit that can fit nicely on a belt, Q with 02, 03 on the side in main compartment, Tamron 25 and Fujinon 35 both mounted to C-adapters fit tightly back-to-back into the accessory front pocket. Netting on the top flap carries a lens cloth and spare batteries (3 is about right). With that much weight, its a good idea to put some velcro reinforcement on the inside of the wimpy leather belt loop holder - which stretches over time.

With release of the new Q-S1 there seems to be a new case for the 02 or 06. Looks like the old hard cases for SMC-M's and A's.

If you search Amazon for "O-CC1332 38852", you'll find a few options, usually in the ~$60 range. Why Pentax doesn't simply offer this in their US webstore is beyond me.

All of the Amazon and Ebay options are Japanese sellers, which tells you that Pentax really does emphasize the home market. They always have. I have bought Pentax hoods from Japanese sellers and they are no problem and duty-free.
