Is there any difference between the one in the original post, or one for a different camera mount, used with an adapter?

I have an EM5, and was tempted to pick one up for that, if I can slap it on the Pentax Q too, that would be a nice two-for-one purchase.
I briefly had the same thought about using the K mount 60mm lens on the Q with an adapter, but then I'd have the 35mm equivalent to around 330mm which would make for a rather strange long telephoto! The 10mm lens equates to the 35mm equvalent of around 55mm on the Q

I think y'all may be responsible for the sole source on evil-Bay being sold out of the HL-PQ.

Do you think that they'll pay me commission if I point this out to them???

35millimeter, You probably do deserve a commission. I see that the HL-PQ has been re-listed and already showing five available, five sold with seven watchers. Better than prior listings.

I think I'll go ahead and try one myself. For about what I wasted away on an OK at best pizza last night I could have a terrible lens. Which could be a lot of fun. If I don't 'get' the lens I could always give it to someone who does.

The Holga arrived today so I had a quick play with it. The focussing ring is rather stiff making focussing quite dificult as each attempt to twist the focussing ring twists the camera body with it! I imagine it will probably loosen off with a bit of use. This picture was taken into the light which is not ideal - the leaflet with the lens recommends having the light source behind you. The picture is quite soft and I think it gives a nice effect.

Nice! Looks like it was taken with a big ol Lomo camera.
Does focus peaking help with the focusing?
If this thread was the reason for people buying out the lens, I really hope to see lots of photos

Mine arrived on the 21st. Just a few test shots in less than ideal lighting conditions. I liked the shots in Bold Monochrome best.

Thanks for posting samples 35millimeter & boriscleto.

The bold monochrome setting never did it for me. Until now.

Very nice. I like seeing these hounds being adopted.

I think I'll go ahead and order that HL-PQ, BTW.

I like this lens, its a steal at 10 quid. Wonderful and I think the sooner you do some portraits the better, I cant wait.

On the greyhound image, isn't this very blue. It is to my eyes like 20% over saturation in the blue channel.

*bump* Anyone have additional HL-PQ images to share?

I've ordered the HL-PQ and impatiently await delivery.

Just bought one of these all plastic lenses and it arrived today for $10USD from Hong Kong. Yep, it's about $10 worth of lens and it does look like fun on my Q7.

I will also say that I'm glad I read this old thread because I had no idea the lens can be focused as the focus is REALLY hard to turn.
