Landscapes with the Q

Last Monday I spent the day in Kananaskis Country, it was a gorgeous day except for the smoke that drifted through the valleys. Must still be a fire burning someplace unless they did a prescribed burn. Anyway, I did most of my shooting with the Q7, some with the K3 and K5. Here are some of the Q7 shots, the first 4 are with the 08 and the other three with the 01 lens.

If anyone is interested the rest of them are here: Kananaskis Country Photo Gallery by Heinrich Lohmann at pbase.com

Question: how do I shorten this URL to one word?

Great shots.
To shorten type a word like Link, highlight it, then use the URL icon to place the link.

I'm very impressed, you got excellent results. I'm surprised that there isn't a Q lens club yet.

Great shots Heinrich!

I especially love the first and last pictures. The first one really shows off what is possible with the 08 lens.

I love the punchy and saturated colors! They go well with landscapes, don't they?

I like the first one immensely. Love the clear water written the green showing through.

#6 -- nice interplay between background and foreground. Gives a good sense of scale.

That really makes me want to upgrade my Q and get the 08 zoom. Stunning work!
