Pentax Q goes to Oradour-sur-Glane memorial

Hi Everybody

Last week i went to Oradour-sur-Glane memorial, Pentax Q and 02 were with me ( as well my K5 + 8-16 sigma UGA). Definitively the small Q is a good companion.

FYI The village of Oradour-sur-Glane in Haute-Vienne ( FRANCE) in Nazi occupied France, was destroyed on 10 June 1944, when 642 of its inhabitants, including women and children, were massacred by a German Waffen-SS company. the original village was left untouched since then and it's now a memorial and museum. RIP

Here are some photos taken with Pentax Q and 02 lens.

Thanks for sharing. Another instance of the Q and its front dial being very useful and practical. The B&W shots are much more powerful IMHO.

Beautiful shots... thank you very much for sharing. Agree with Docrwm, the Q shines through yet again.

Beautiful and moving photos. The magnificent television history of the second world war, The World at War, narrated by Lawrence Olivier, begins by talking about Oradour-sur-Glane.

My problem with the front dial is that sometimes it gets turned "by accident" (in other words, I'm not aware of doing it), and I end up with settings I wasn't aware of having changed.

Haven't really had that problem but brief review of images on the screen ought to catch that issue after the first shot.
