02 plus close-up lens?

I'm still holding out hope that the telephoto macro lens may someday appear. Until then, however. . . I am considering some filter-style close-up lens adapter to slip in my bag and give the 06 lens (not 02 as I posted in the header) some macro-like capability. I see that B&W have close-up lenses ranging from +1 to +5 diopter. Which one is my best bet for this? (Or should I get more than one?)

I have often used +2 which gives me close focus and still AF to middle distances.

Try a Raynox, or another good high quality close up lens.

I prefer the close-up lens for the Q's for field carry. Preserves all lens functions. If you have a set larger than 40.5mm, say 49mm's, just get a step-up ring.

Raynox is 49mm should be easy to adapt like the person above said.

A step-up ring! Yes, I already have a set of 49mm close-up lenses. Why didn't I think of this?

Thanks, guys!

Be careful hanging too much weight from the front of the #06 lens. It isn't massively built. I use a step down adapter to 37mm and use Lensbaby closeup filters on my #0.
thanks
