Hi guys, just thought I should post some photos to show how the Lens hood is attached to the camera.







Hope these photos help any one hoping to get an LCD hood.

And an easy DIY tweak.

Magnifier adapted from a folding eye loupe (as used with textiles and stamps). Double-stick tape works. A 3-4mm hole allows you to verify that you've powered down to save the battery when the hood's closed.

And for those that aren't familiar with that type hood it can be easily detached from the screen when necessary.
