Q-S1 vs Q7

What's the advantages of Q-S1? Does it have better image quality?

I prefer the handling of the Q7 over the Q-S1

Me too -- I think. Only way to know is to handle both. You can always 'up-grade' if you like the camera but thinks the 'grass is "gonna be greener . . . ".

I have the Q10,Q7 and Qs1. The best one to me is the Q7. The Qs1 has a worse grip, the build is not as good, least on mine the battery and card doors seem loose. I dont shoot any movies or maybe the auto focus of the Qs1 would be good. I wasted my money dont waste yours.

Hey, we don't have any other Qs, but we like our Q-S1. Small, fits in a pocket, nice image quality.

I have two Q-S1 bodies. The black one has a loose door. The gunmetal one doesn't. Did you pick the right color?

That made me smile, you may be right. I got a cream/white one no wonder its not as good. I may be have been hard on the little camera, the image quality is very good. If buying new track down a Q7 if you can find one, otherwise a QS1 will do just fine.
