Tamron c-mount lens 75mm f3.9 on Pentax-Q7

A very small c-mount lens with high resolution. I am impressed by its performance on such a small sensor of Q7. What do you think?

Yes, there are some nice c-mount lenses around. Those are impressive shots.

I thought that only those large aperture cine lenses such as Cosmicar 75mm f1.9 can produce nice sharp image. I have never imagined that a f3.9 can produce high resolution pictures. It's a new found to in my hunt for cine lenses.

Very nice. The bokeh is better than I would have thought.

Yes, totally agree! But it's f/3.9, not a large aperture lens. Why?

Perhaps it's the long focal length (75mm X 4.6 crop factor) that made the bokeh looks so nice.

What were the settings for these fine images - was the lens wide-open?

Cool shots. How did u focus on the Q? Did you just use focus peaking on the LCD?

I used LCD plus enlarging mode, but not focus peaking.

Wow. Well done. It is amazing that you can get such a sharp pic without focus peaking. Did you try to pixel peel to see if it is really "sharp"?
