Mode Dial Pentax Q10

Hi Guys
Just purchased a second hand Pentax Q10 and I cant change the mode dial off Auto.
Been through manual and online to see if there is a locking mechanism or anything else stopping it from moving. Unless I'm missing something.
Any advise would be great.
Uploaded a picture taken this afternoon on auto.

There's no locking mechanism that I'm aware of- if moderate force doesn't get it to move, there might be something stuck inside/underneath that's preventing it from turning properly.

I have pulled all the screws out from the body, replaced and presto, I have a dial that works!!
Will keep an eye on it though.
