OK, here's an oddball multipart question for all you out there...

I have a Q-S1.

I am looking at getting crazy and adapting a SMC DAL 4-5.6 50-200 ED/WR to it.

Would the PK-P/Q adapter fit the two together?

I never said I was normal.

Of course it won't have auto focusing, and the resolution will be diffraction-limited at the long end. Shake reduction will have to be set manually for any particular focal length.
I've found that 100mm is about the limit I can comfortably hand-hold a Q, you might need a tripod. All of these things can be overcome, but Chromatic Aberration (color fringing) is usually the downfall of adapted lenses on the Q, The Q's pixel pitch is so fine that any shortcomings in the lens are magnified.

A quick test with my Q-S1 with the 50-200 at 50 and at 200mm shows that although the focus is tricky it is capable of decent images. CA isn't too bad, and the bokeh is wild.

Sounds like a fun experiment.
