My Shoot with Model-Actress Amber Anderson in Harper's BAZAAR & Video

If any of you are interested, I have posted my new 12 page fashion spread for Harper's BAZAAR en Espaņol, May 2011 Issue, with Model-Actress Amber Anderson who is appearing with Natalie Portman in the new film coming out shortly, "Your Highness"

JFYI, as my DA*16-50 f/2.8 lens was in having a new motor installed, the whole shoot was done with the DA 16-45 f/4.0 and the Limited DA 40 f/2.8 lenses

I like the comp, but I don't like the multi-layered(casts) in the shadows.
IMO. it should of been deal with in post.

But that's just me

Congratulations Ben, simple and dramatic composition, shadows nicely complement the black and white dress.

But i got to ask: how did you get the sculpture into your studio/a studio? Surely it wasn't made for just one shoot, or was it? Is there a park in Paris thats missing one of their favorite pieces

It died in January, was sent in February and is still in for repair?

Just saw the Behind the Scenes video of the Marlena Szoka shoot. Wonderful work as always.

I was happy to see the strays coming in and out when shooting at the bar. Made me think of all those times I wanted to throw batteries at someone for walking right through or into a scene :-)
