Private equity firm takes control of Hasselblad [update] - British Journal of Photography

A German company has bought the erstwhile Swedish camera brand, Hasselblad, from the Hong Kong corporation who has owned it for the last 8 years or so returning the brand back to Europe.

Must be "camera company selling" season
