Does anyone have any opinion on KEH camera. I am considering buying a lens from them for the first time. Wondering about others experience with this company.

Wrong forum- but yes, there's a great place for used gear and they rate items very conservatively.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them. They are an excellent company, they grade their lenses on the conservaticve side, their prices are typically fair and their return policy is very fair as well (14 days, fuill money back).

+1. KEH can be highly recommended. I used them before as other PF members and they are very professionals. I would use them again without any hint of worry.

Good place to buy from. The only issue is the shipping costs if you do not live in the US.

Just received my order of 6x7 parts I needed. KEH has lots of good stuff and I believe it to be fairly evaluated and reasonably priced. You may find cheaper somewhere else but you can put a fair amount of trust in KEH. I've never sold things to them but I've wondered about that process. I would not hesitate to buy from them.

+1 I just got an LX FB1/FC1 Action Finder with caps. Markes as Good - looks untouched.

I have bought lenses from them in the past and I will continue to buy from them. I have bought "bargain grade" lenses from them that I would rate a solid 8 out of 10. They also offer a 6 month warranty on there used stuff.

When I want something related to photography, keh is the first place I look. I've bought lenses, flashes, filters, even lens cases from them. Safer than buying on ebay, and sometimes nearly as inexpensive.

Sometimes they are rather slow to answer emails and you have to let them know if you DON'T want a courier to ship to Canada for a small inexpensive item. (They tend to assume everything by courier rather then by post).

However, I have found them a completely reliable company, goods are well packed and I would certainly purchase from them again with no hesitation.

I got my FA 77 Ltd from them. It was graded as a LN- but it looks perfect to me! Very reasonably priced as well. They also are fair if you want to sell your used equipment to them.

That's a fair point. Email isn't a good way to contact them (at all). Phone calls seem to be the quickest and easiest way to get in touch with them.

(They tend to assume everything by courier rather then by post). However, I have found them a completely reliable company, goods are well packed and I would certainly purchase from them again with no hesitation.
