You will find it hard to beat Dwayne's or Blue Moon Camera & Machine. I miss sending Kodachrome to Dwayne's.

There should be a place to look for up-to-date reviews and ratings of film processing labs, both brick-and-mortar and mail-order.
In the Film Processing, Scanning and Darkroom forum, perhaps?
