My predictions:

1. the "Q" is replaced by the "QED" designed by Prada
2. new entry level camera, single e-dial, more or less the Kr but with a better viewfinder. Maybe a 100% viewfinder. Available in 1.2 x 10^8 colour combos
3. The K30 in ten new colours
4. The K-3, a 24 mp K-5. People will say it should have been called the K-5s.
5. New lenses, Full Frame lenses based on the Tokina 16-28 f2.8, Tokina 70-200 f4.0 (with optical stabilisation !!!), and the yet to announced Tokina 24-70 f2.8, Pentax will claim the patents for these lenses as their own)
6. Another 560mm lens mock up. Still no release date
7. A Pentax FF mock up under glass. There will be rumours it does not have in body SR. People will go insane. Rice High will go into full nuke meltdown mode.
8. A single lens mock up for the 645D. I don't know what everyone wants for a new 645D lens, but this will not be it.
9. A new 52mm f 1.7 limited lens to fill out that missing gap in the lens lineup. It might be FF. but still no 28mm f2.8
10. New Pentax logo.

the k5 replacement(whatever it is named) that is technically k30 with magnesium alloy body, a few more focus points, a bit higher max resolution, 24mp(though i think 18mp is ok as well), scene mode of k30 still there, dual card slot, and WB braketing(not sure if i want this but its a prediction).

then some lenses for Q and MF line then a couple of DA* and FA lenses .

Not really a prediction, but here's what I hope:

Some prime in the 150mm range for K-mount would be nice. Make it a limited, and price it to match, if it's fast and good I'll buy -- probably won't happen, though.

A prime tele for the Q, in the 135-150mm 35mm equivalent range (yeah, sorry, I haven't gotten used to what the Q-focal lengths are). Alternatively, a Q-version of the 50-150/2.8 (high-quality, fast, tele). No "toy" lenses. Might just happen.

A wide prime also for the Q. Something like a 15mm. Rectilinear and autofocus, of course. No "toy" lenses. Could happen.

I actually think that the Q needs a few lenses knocked up a level, and this might be the right time.

Of course, I'm listing things that I'd actually buy in the above

In addition, I hope that Pentax will release/announce whatever it takes to capture market share and sell enough stuff to be able to fund R&D for the few things I care about. If they want my advice on what that will be, they can hire me

2. K300 a true entry level camera using touch screen controls instead of fails and buttons. Might have wifi.
3. 560 lens in final form.

5. The K3 shown to a select few behind closed doors. K3 will be announced at CP+. It will be a pro-level aps-c camera.

So with 4 aps-c cameras (K300, K30, K5s, and K3) they will finally have a camera range from entry to pro.

I predict they will have a K-3 (APS-C) prototype and then the K-30 on display. Anything more than that would be a true bonus!

As far as the full-frame goes, we probably won't see it until next year. And if they could launch the 645D hardy any lenses, then can definitely launch a FF also!

Some funny ideas here, heres my realistic pick- similar to others:
#1- Confirmation of all lenses from roadmap earlier in the year + maybe 2 XS lenses.
#2- Immediate release of K300 with an announcment of K5 replacement for later in year.
#3- FF announcement but no full feature set as waiting to see what competition do.
#4- Revised Q announced with perhaps focus peaking/updated LCD similar to K-01 and better battery life. Aswell as new lenses.
#5- Ricoh to bring out new GXR body, K-mounter and GRDIV replacement for next year.
#6- Big campaign with K30 and maybe a new WR prime 24mm! (ok that last one is pure fantasy)

I do sense a large presence at Photokina with news but future releases apart from things already established earlier this year.

I think they'll introduce an APS-C K-5 successor at Photokina, or possibly before. In that case, talking about a full frame camera would undermine their marketing message. I don't think they'll reveal it unless they are ready to release it or get spooked about what their competitors are announcing.

I'd also expect new compacts from Ricoh because many are due for renewal anyway. I'm thinking a replacement for Ricoh CX-6/Pentax VS20, a replacement for Ricoh PX/Pentax WG-2, maybe a Panasonic LX-7 competitor, maybe a "bridge" camera.

The big question is the mirrorless cameras. If they show K-01 specific lenses, that would show they are committed to the concept. They may show an additional EVF model. They should show some more Q mount lenses and maybe a more affordable body. It could be judgement time for the GXR, because they haven't shown any roadmap and the original body still hasn't been updated. They won't say it's been abandoned but no new GXR modules will make it pretty clear.

I think they might actually announce FF as there are imo enough FF lenses for a start (FA31,35,43,50,77). Plus, they will also reveal a FF lens roadmap to support the sales (i.e. give hope there's a future). Then there will be a successor to the K-5.
