Not coming out for Pentax, so I'm moving this to the industry section.

Really don't get why...it's not like they don't already have a mount for K, they're producing SA mount, identical, just a shorter flange.(And no aperture lever, has EOS chip)

To be fair the new 35 F1.4 wasn't announced for Pentax either, but supposedly is available for Pentax KA mount now.
