There are Only Four Photographic Subjects in the World

I have the print versions and was re-reading it last night. The subjects haven't changed much in the 70 years since it was printed, and neither have photographers.

The book has a lot of good articles from the 1800's to current. Where is an article from the 1860's about manipulating photos that we still argue about today.
